- Cancellation Policy
To ensure that we give a premium service and give you appointments when it suits you, we will require a credit card number to secure all appointments. We will need at least 12 hours notice for any cancellation. Failure to meet the appointment or the cancellation requirement will result in full payment being deducted from your credit card. - Appointments
In order for all our clients to enjoy a prompt appointment schedule, late arrival for any appointment may result in a shortening of the appointment time, or may mean that we are unable to provide the treatment booked. We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to enable you to relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments. - Consultation
On your first visit to Gloss, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form which your therapist will discuss with you to ensure that your visit to Gloss is tailored to your personal requirements.
Consultations are available on request at any time. They are complimentary and without obligation. - Children
For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to allow children under 12 years of age in the salon. - Gift Vouchers
We will be pleased to assist you with any treatment package selection of gift vouchers. Credit cards can be taken by reception and we will be happy to send these gift vouchers directly to the recipient for you. - Gratuities
Your personal recommendation is our best reward.
